Had a great weekend in Asia! Rooms were clean and spacious, and air con was top notch. Location was awesome! the beach was just a minute away. Loved the tranquility of the place, no loud noises or wild parties nearby. Staff was also amazing! Very helpful and friendly.
One thing to keep in mind is that since it's so close to the beach, the path can get a bit dirty. if you're with a group, there's no common area to sit and talk.

The decor was modern and the restaurant was nice. It was open air and comfortable.
The hotel staff weren't very helpful when asked about activities around the island. There is quite a lot of undeveloped property around the hotel that had a lot of rosters crowing at all hours. The hotel isn't right on the beach, expect a 5 - 8 minute walk.

Convenient Location
We were pleasantly surprised to find that some of our favorite spots, like the city mall, were just a stone's throw away from here. Plus, we had a great dining experience at Indigo Restaurant, which is just 900 feet away. 🍽️

Large rooms, quiet beach
No drinking water in room, no toilet paper in room, no hot pot for tea, no wifi signal in room, poor laundry service, no microwave, restaurant out of pancakes and oatmeal at breakfast, no maps at front desk, friendly but poorly managed staff.

The hotel is placed very near to a part of the white beach which is not too crowded
The hotel offers a transfer-service from Caticlan airport "all-inclusive". It is, however, not all-inclusive, and we were requested to pay uqite an amount of cash money from the carriers of luggage on our way back to the airport

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was incredible, right on the beachfront. It was so convenient to step out of the hotel and be directly on the beach. The service provided by the staff was excellent. They were very accommodating and friendly. The room amenities were impressive, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even a dining table. The room itself was clean and spacious. We also appreciated the free toiletries provided. Additionally, the hotel had a restaurant and bar/lounge area, which was a great place to relax and enjoy a meal or a drink. The staff at the restaurant and bar were attentive and provided top-notch service. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to families.

That room was just so so. It's over price. Don't think i'll stay again. It's suitable for family as the location is far from the main beach area.

The hotel had a nice pool to relax and take a night swim. , the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. The hotel was located in a quiet area, which was great for relaxation.
The hotel was located quite far from the beach, and guests had to walk down a narrow street to access it. , the hotel had poor internet access, which made it inconvenient to use.

Nice staff trying to resolve the lacks of the hotel.
Noisy some nights with machines for electricity??... No gastronomy. No adecuate comfort in rooms: no bedside lamps, plugs no well set, no regular room service, no adecuate design in the bathroom for the bathtube and everything !! Regular schedules for shuttles but no regular services. No English daily newspapers!

I just wanted to write a review about my recent experience with The Palms of Boracay, Philippine. The most important thing is how shameful that a website with such high prestige such as Booked.net posts a booking for a hotel without making sure about the correctness and reality of the hotel details. What is more outrageous and deceiving is the incorrectness of the number of stars. Why would a great website such as Booked.net give a recent new hotel; four stars, while in fact the hotel do not deserve any.To give the big picture about the hotel and details about my short and modest experience, in case Booked.net would take the time and care for his loyal customers, it is as follows:
I would like to point out that all the descriptions of the hotel on the website were as far away from the truth as possible. The hotel from my modest travelling experience is not 4 starts, and if you think otherwise I would love for your company to recheck the rating of the Hotel. Also, from the pictures of the Hotel on the website, it shows that the Hotel is directly looking over and located right by the beach, which in actual is not.It made me feel very bad and treated unfairly about the pricing of the Hotel.USD 200 per night!!! The hotel’s restaurant food and service are very poor.the breakfast and when the breakfast came we found hairs in the plat presented.

Pwonderful place, brand new hotel, just not finished yet, and the amount of money was good for the hotel, but not not fair since they were still working on it and it was incredibily noisy. Anyway since new, it rooms were nice and clean, and well decoreted.
A few things unfair, like just told once there they didn't have credit card pos yet, and they accepted payment in €, then all in a sudden amount incresed due to weird exchange rate. Breakfast not good, specially pretending to be such a sort of hotel. Especially thinking it seems run by western people, i believe all was unfair. Philippino staff was incredibily nice as always.
